Designed with both performance and operational efficiency in mind, this series features an ultra-smooth inside polished surface (Ra 0.25~0.58 μm) and cavity-filled seats that eliminate dead zones, effectively preventing fluid entrapment and particle generation. The 3 pc swing-out valve body design allows for fast inline maintenance without disrupting the existing piping system.
Furthermore, the weld ends are orbital welding, featuring extended ends that permit automated welding without the need to disassemble the valve. Supported by blow-out proof stems, anti-static devices, and built-in bosses for purge connections, Valtec provides a highly secure, leak-tight solution for advanced fluid management.
